1.a) How do i place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps :
- Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your bag).
- ‘In my bag’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
- Once the bag is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
1.b) How will I receive my Order?
We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
1.c) How I get successful order confirmation?
We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified,unless it’s a COD. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.
1.d) The order was not successful but the money was deducted from my account.How can I get it back?
- Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

1.e) How to track my order?
- If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your Lotta.in account .
- Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and sms. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via sms. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

- Order Cancellation Queries
2.a) How do I cancel my order?
- You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section.
- After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered email address.
- If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to you within 24 hours of refusal.
- If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded once the product is picked.

3.a) Is it safe to make online payment?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
3.b) Any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Lotta.in. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
3.c) What if payment fails?
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

4.a) Shipping at Lotta.in

4.b) Delivery time period?
Delivery date is dependent on the product and delivery pin code. To check the expected delivery date for a product, please enter your Pin code in the box named ‘Check delivery details’ on the Product Page. Please note, actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
4.c) Any Shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs. ___COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.__.
- Return Policy
- In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products. We do not accept return requests for the pack of Boxers.
- All products purchased from Lotta.in are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The refund amount will be credited back 24 hours after your product is picked as per the refund option selected by you during the Returns process.
- To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the ‘My Orders’ section of your Lotta Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
- Note: We do not have a exchange/replacement policy.
- The amount credited on return will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered.

6.a) What to do if I forget my Password?
Just click on ‘Forgot Password’ option and we will send it to you on your email address registered with us.
6.b) Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we accept bulk order.
6.c) Is their any trial and purchase option available?
Since we sell only on our online fashion store, there is no trial and buy option available. However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have size chart with body measurements featured on our product pages. For any queries please write to us at Contact Us
